What if this impeachment trial doesn’t matter?  I think MIL is in control now.  This is a fucking blockbuster and the screenwriters should win Best Picture Ever.

Trump will be impeached. Evidentiary rules for an impeachment aren’t defined by the Constitution or any other statute.  The Senate is not bound by any evidentiary rules.  This whole thing is a kangaroo court controlled by the dem majority based on the rules decided between Schumerfuck and Turtle.  Their rules give the Senate majority obscene power over whether or not evidence is presented.  

This will probably put you to sleep, but here’s the Senate impeachment rules as drafted by those fucks.

This is the most fucked up one sided set of procedural rules for any trial.  Banana republic style because the majority has the leeway to ride roughshod over the other party.

The Senate holds all the keys.  ALL of them.  Without re-typing the document here, the Senate has the power to allow or prohibit any witnesses/documents and essentially cherry pick which evidence is actually admitted ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  More obscene yet, the Senate gets a chance to hear each witness/read each document and then decide – by simple majority vote - if they want to admit it into evidence.    In the most extreme case, the Senate could give the dems carte blanche to present whatever the hell they wanted and deny DJT the ability to present anything even as a rebuttal witness.

Here’s the plot I think we’re watching:

-the Senate allows every bullshit claim for the dems – colorful witnesses, crazy lies make for great entertainment

-Senate tosses DJT some crumbs by allowing him inconsequential witnesses/evidence but denies the admittance of any real evidence.  

-DJT gets impeached

-DJT gets immediately arrested for inciting civil insurrection and criminal trial starts ASAP – now we start the climax of the movie.  Dark to light.

-World is watching - Can’t-Fucking-Miss-TV.  All the haters would be watching to see DJT get humiliated and possibly sentenced to death

-Background: Criminal trials are subject to very specific and established rules of evidence.

-DJT and his legal team come out swinging unlike any of his previous cases.   

-All the previously suppressed evidence about the insurrection/impeachment is presented

-More importantly, all the fraud evidence comes out (because it’s directly related to his speech on Jan 6) including FISA from 2017-2020.  BOOM

-Maybe – just maybe – there was evidence collected through FISA that shows the pedo shit to the world.

I hope this is what we’re watching now because the alternative is FUBAR.
