Truckerfag here. That looks like a refer trailer. It has a metal grooved floor tipical of refrigerated trailers. As you can see at the top where it looks like the boxes are mis-shapened, that is a shoot to carry cold air down to the length of a 53' trailer along the ceiling. It looks to have only 4 pallets on board. Can carry up to 26 pallets. They put a single pallet first and second row and then put 2 pallets on third row. Common practice to distribute weight off of drives if product is heavy and they load all the way to the back. The first pallet in the nose is stacked much higher than the others. Third row with two pallets looks like cases stacked 6 high and 7 high cannot tell how long each box is but could be 1 to 5 deep ish. total guess. Refer units can carry non refrigerated items too.
