Tor doesn't really help you, as it has been alleged that governments own and spy on all the exit nodes.
What concerns me more is whether there is any way – after Q team has fully executed the Plan to conclusion – to roll back the loss of privacy and get our privacy back. Honestly I haven't been able to think of any technical means to regain our lost privacy.
