Thomas Wictor, he was doing some bomb assessments on some of the overseas conflicts and he has this ability to see shit we don't think about…he showed a few vids of a black dot no bigger then a frisbee and it would come in at the top of one small side of the vid and the next shot is was on the top of the other side in a blink of the eye and 1 second later the place blows up…I totally forgot what he called it but If I remember, he said it was a DARPA project…I wasn't keeping vids at the time but I'll know it if I see it.
