Perhaps it's fitting to watch this again with clearer eyes given what we now see happening. I still have no clue the outcome, only I do know POTUS has never backed down from a fight. He left DC too quietly. He's been quiet ever since.

 

If POTUS wanted to speak now, he would have a way already setup. It's not like he was surprised Twat and others would take him down. Too many events are sooooo abnormal. There's never been a time like this when a POTUS was impeached AFTER he was out of office.

 

They ARE panicked in DC.

a college buddy was applying for a gov't position years ago. he had to list friends, family, etc. on his application. he told me to expect a visit. i got a phone call instead.
