Here's a tip, always take the highest interest rate when you Refinance and Refinance your Mortgage 3x a year Live in a Tax Haven (highest tax rates) and use the Rebates/kickbacks given on the highest interest rate given to cover all your costs including fully funding your Escrow Account (Taxes/HOI are paid annually/semi annually). When you close on your mortgage the prior company will send you an "Escrow Refund Check" and you'll "skip" the following mortgage payment. Do this 3-4 times and set up to close weeks before your Taxes are paid by your county or district and you'll actually get paid to "carry" debt which is why all Wealthy people still have mortgages on their properties.
Refinancing is not and could never be illegal. I've studied the tax returns of Billionaires and they all do this but with all of their "Mortgages" Businesses & they never take losses.
