They are barely literate so i'd say most of subtleties of the board are lost on them.
They're here, in their little gang, squabbling amongst themselves while the real essence of the board remains beyond their grasp.
I've spoken to a few bugmen that have had their comprehension bred out of them. Like an empty vessel, completely void of the ability to challenge or question their environment.
It'd be 6 months minimum… 10 hr shifts…
For most. i'd say more like 24 months before the consequences of their participation dawns on them.
