This Anon is wondering if this topic (along with others) is the sort of thing that Gen Flynn was talking about when he said Get Loud, Ask Questions, Band Together (paraphrasng).
Maybe we aren't asking all the right questions to all the right people?
Not even sure where to start asking? Seems like that would be a LawFag question and/or Class Action once it's verified that it was never ratified?
