Embankment Pictures

On Fburary 16th 2018 Q posted a picture from a London Traffic Cam by Embankment Staion [https://qalerts.pub/?n=784], the image was of London traffic and Big Ben. The File Name of the picture was NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png. 9 minutes later Q posted a stringer warning to the UK of a possible car attack.

3 Months later on May 20th 2018 Q posted a series of 3 pictures [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1423] from the same traffic camera which was rotated through 3 positions. Q was telling us this camera has a field of view from the Corinthia hotel and up the Victoria Embankment towards Parliament.

2 months later on the 27th of July 2018 Q reposted one of the previous pictures with people circled [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1720], this was identified as Lisa Page, lover of disgraced traitor and FBI goon Perter Strzok.

Q revists the theme again on Febuary the 18th 2019 when Q posts 3 more pictures of the Cornthia hotel from the same camera [https://qalerts.pub/?n=2797] indicating that the couple may have been staying there.

17th May 2018 Pictures

On the 17th of May Q posted a series of pictures from two locations in London and several locations in China, there is likely a connection between the two. An anon posted a theory which Q quoted indicating that the theory was on the right lines. The China pics were of pallets of boxed technology (possibly secure satellite phones that operate on a Chinese satellite), the Foxconn factory and an airport with a Chinese plane at a gate. The theory suggested that China were supplying secure communication devices to the cabal so that they could communicate without sigint (Signals Intercept) by the NSA. The London connection is through Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers were secretly in London (perhaps arriving by boat on the Thames to avoid official record of the visit) and being surveilled by the Q team the whole time. The theory stated they were either collecting or distributing these communication devices for other cabal members, Q also posted a picture from the plane and an Owl and the Space Shuttle.

In post 1405, which is the first of the 17th of May series, Q posted a picture of a red London Routemaster bus, Q also posted a Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs, The Red Bus picture was titled Fsurv_londonps1.png, Presumably someone in the picture is of interest, its likely this picture was posted to inform the person who is being surveilled that they were being watched. The following post [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1406] contained two more pictures from Piccadilly circus. The picture is of a road sign and the Britannia hotel. The Britannia hotel has similar archways to that of the temple on Epstein Island and the Aleppo Bathhouse Hammam Yalbugha.

Winter Wonderland Pictures

Q posted the first Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs on the plastic flooring at Winter Wonderland, A second picture of the Wilde Maus Roller-coaster was posted about a month later [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1456]

Black Box

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [Mi5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [Mi6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

Sage and the failure of science

I WROTE in November about Leon Festinger’s study of a doomsday cult in 1950s America, and how the cult members were able to repeatedly lie to themselves about why their prophecies kept failing to come true.

One of the striking aspects of Festinger’s research is how closely it accords with the work of Thomas Kuhn, another great behavioural researcher. Kuhn’s work is responsible for the term ‘paradigm shift’, and his 1962 book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions is considered one of the most influential publications of the twentieth century. Kuhn studied the process of scientific discovery and the behaviour of scientists, especially during periods of scientific paradigm shifts, when the scientific community is in the process of discarding one set of beliefs or theories in favour of improved theories. I believe Kuhn’s ideas are relevant today for assessing the quality of the scientific advice governments are following in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The conventional view of how science works is known as the Baconian method. Scientists are supposed to observe how the world works – perform experiments, make observations and collect data – then to formulate theories and models which describe and explain their observations. They are supposed to use those models to predict new behaviour and test their models against that behaviour. If the new observations are found to conflict with the theory’s predictions, the theory should be modified to fit the data. The Baconian method describes science as an iterative process, continuously refining and improving models based on new experimental evidence.

MI6 Recruiting Foreign Born Spies to Increase ‘Diversity’

The United Kingdom’s equivalent to the CIA has admitted that it has begun recruiting foreign-born spies for the first time in a supposed bid to increase “diversity”.

The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), more commonly known as MI6, will officially expand its recruitment of candidates to those born outside of the UK, however, they will still require to have a British passport.

A source within Whitehall told The Times on Wednesday that the overseas spy agency wants to have access to the “biggest talent pool”.

“If you narrow the criteria to a British national you will end up with lots of people who are British and educated at red-brick universities. We want a diversification of thought, a diverse workforce, not people who all think in similar ways.

“It is about having a good mix of minds. But also, by having different nationalities from different backgrounds, we can be more effective at spying,” the source said.

The new rules may require that dual citizenship candidates forgo their non-British citizenship.

MI6 will still require that candidates have at least one parent with “substantial ties to the UK” or is or was a British citizen.

Last month, the Daily Star reported on a series of recruitment advertisements from the security agency to field part-time “James Bond-style” spies, offering the opportunity to “spice up dull lives” for both “UK and foreign nationals alike.”

One advert entitled “Tell Me A Secret”, said: “The Secret Intelligence Service seeks individuals with diverse skill sets and life experiences for part-time and consulting roles to enhance our core mission.”

People of Chinese and Russian heritage are reportedly on the top of the list for desired recruits.

“MI6 is basically saying to anyone fed up with their country’s regime that they can work for British intelligence part-time,” a source told the paper.

“They would travel on business or holiday. That will be very attractive for a corporate executive looking to spice up an otherwise dull life,” the source added.

In 2019, MI6 released its first advertisement on YouTube. The ad was set in a barbershop, in an apparent attempt to recruit more black and ethnic minority spies.

“It’s not about finding the secret button for your ejector seat. It’s finding common ground with a stranger, anywhere. And gaining their trust,” the advert said.

“MI6, secretly we’re just like you,” the advert concluded.

The loosening of official requirements for the spy agency began in 2018 when then Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service Sir Alex Younger scrapped the century-old requirement that spies must have two British born parents, allowing the children of migrants to enter the service for the first time.

Scotland Yard launched an extraordinary spin operation to ensure the Metropolitan Police chief Cressida Dick was not 'pulled into' the scandal over its VIP abuse probe.

The Mail today reveals bombshell emails detailing how Dame Cressida was shielded by her colleagues.

The messages also reveal that Britain's top police officer reacted with fury after Home Secretary Priti Patel ordered an independent review of the Met, following criticism over the disastrous Operation Midland.

Miss Patel repeatedly refused to publicly back Dame Cressida yesterday. Today's revelations will pile further pressure on the beleaguered Commissioner.

Earlier this week, Lady Brittan – whose homes were raided during Operation Midland as she grieved for her late husband – condemned a 'culture of cover-up' at the country's largest force.

Last night Dame Cressida's deputy Sir Stephen House issued a statement claiming there was 'no cover-up and nor has there been one'.

However, documents obtained by the Mail under Freedom of Information laws show how the Met scrambled to limit criticism before the publication of former High Court judge Sir Richard Henriques's review into the Midland shambles in 2019.

It can now be disclosed that detectives continued their notorious investigation for three months after senior prosecutors suggested it should be abandoned.

Their advice was based on a leading psychologist's evaluation of their star witness, 'Nick' – later revealed to be serial liar Carl Beech, since jailed for perverting the course of justice.

The expert had cast 'serious doubt' on Beech's claims – and the Crown Prosecution Service told three senior detectives in December 2015 that the psychologist's testimony meant the investigation had been 'fatally undermined'.

Despite this, the probe into innocent high-profile figures, including the late Lord Brittan and former MP Harvey Proctor, continued until the following March.D-Day hero Lord Bramall was cleared a month after police received the CPS's damning indictment of Beech's claims.

Operation Midland bosses, including former deputy assistant commissioner Steve Rodhouse, now face calls to explain why their investigation continued in the face of such damning advice. Dame Cressida, who sanctioned the creation of Operation Midland in November 2014, had moved to a job at the Foreign Office by the time of the CPS intervention.

The emails obtained by the Mail span the days prior to the Met's planned release of an unredacted version of Sir Richard's report on October 4, 2019.

On October 2, senior officers and the Met's media team were discussing lines to issue to the Press alongside the report.

Dame Cressida's deputy Sir Stephen – brought to the Met as troubleshooter-in-chief after retiring from Police Scotland following a number of controversies – asked Matt Horne, head of professional standards, whether a 'call between Cress and H [Sir Richard] should now go ahead'.

Astonishingly, Mr Horne was appointed by the Met after being found guilty of misconduct in his former role as deputy chief constable of Essex Police.

He had pushed a chief superintendent into a desk during a disagreement and later hurled a stress ball at his throat. 'My concern,' Sir Stephen wrote, 'is that it is crucial that Cress is not pulled into this and a heated phone call may frustrate that imperative.'

The next day, the Mail revealed that the Home Secretary was ordering a review of the Met's conduct by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary.

In an email to senior officers and media advisers that morning, Dame Cressida described the move as 'very irritating'.

She insisted she welcomed an 'independent' view of the force – but reiterated that officers could not be investigated again after they were cleared by the policing watchdog.

Fury at ‘do not resuscitate’ notices given to Covid patients with learning disabilities

Vulnerable people have encountered ‘shocking discrimination’ during pandemic, says Mencap charity

People with learning disabilities have been given do not resuscitate orders during the second wave of the pandemic, in spite of widespread condemnation of the practice last year and an urgent investigation by the care watchdog.

Mencap said it had received reports in January from people with learning disabilities that they had been told they would not be resuscitated if they were taken ill with Covid-19.

The Care Quality Commission said in December that inappropriate Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) notices had caused potentially avoidable deaths last year.

DNACPRs are usually made for people who are too frail to benefit from CPR, but Mencap said some seem to have been issued for people simply because they had a learning disability. The CQC is due to publish a report on the practice within weeks.

The disclosure comes as campaigners put growing pressure on ministers to reconsider a decision not to give people with learning disabilities priority for vaccinations. There is growing evidence that even those with a mild disability are more likely to die if they contract the coronavirus.

Although some people with learning disabilities such as Down’s syndrome were in one of four groups set by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) which the government promised would be offered the vaccine by tomorrow, many were classified lower categories of need and are still waiting.

NHS figures released last week show that in the five weeks since the third lockdown began, Covid-19 accounted for 65% of deaths of people with learning disabilities. Figures from the Office for National Statistics show that the rate for the general population was 39%, although the two statistics are drawn from different measurements.

Younger people with learning disabilities aged 18 to 34 are 30 times more likely to die of Covid than others the same age, according to Public Health England.

Edel Harris, Mencap’s chief executive, said: “Throughout the pandemic many people with a learning disability have faced shocking discrimination and obstacles to accessing healthcare, with inappropriate Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) notices put on their files and cuts made to their social care support.

“It’s unacceptable that within a group of people hit so hard by the pandemic, and who even before Covid died on average over 20 years younger than the general population, many are left feeling scared and wondering why they have been left out.

“The JCVI and government must act now to help save the lives of some of society’s most vulnerable people by urgently prioritising all people with a learning disability for the vaccine.”

More than 14m people have received a first vaccine dose so far, and care providers who spoke to the Observer said many people with learning disabilities had been vaccinated in the last week. But some are still waiting. One woman from the West Midlands who has a rare form of Down’s syndrome told the Observer she had not yet been given a date.

“It’s really frustrating – it’s been a fight and it shouldn’t have been a fight,” she said. Her condition means she is in category four – people who are clinically extremely vulnerable – but her GP did not have details of her condition on record – a common problem, according to Mencap.

“I had to call them lots of times,” she said. The practice accepted last week that she needed to be vaccinated, she said, but she was still waiting. “For people in a similar situation to me, they won’t have been badgering them as much as me.”

A lack of badgering is part of the reason why people with learning disabilities may be more likely to die from Covid-19 than the rest of the population, according to Dr Keri-Michèle Lodge, a consultant in learning disability psychiatry in Leeds.

“Doctors often don’t understand that someone with learning disabilities may not be able to communicate their symptoms,” she said. “Carers are sometimes not listened to – you might notice something is wrong, but that is often written off as part of their behaviour.

“People with learning disabilities already get a raw deal from the health services. Fewer than two in five people with a learning disability live until they are 65.”

An analysis by the Office for National Statistics last week showed that six in 10 Covid deaths were of people with a disability.
