If this is a genuine PCR test (and I can't believe anyone would submit to this for any amount of money), it is a gross physical assault by an untrained person, who is not in the correct position to administer the test safely. The testee is sitting upright, not even reclining, and is being approached from the side by a tester who can't see what s/he is doing.

Anon had a pre-operation naso-gastric tube inserted many years ago. Nurse tried a couple of times before calling a more experienced nurse. Anon was lying down with head tilted well back, and approached from behind, but still a very difficult procedure, which triggers the gag reflex that means patient's muscles automatically try to stop the tube going down.
