Argument for "at [23]" could be augmented with "2 days ahead of schedule" to make a case for today, but who knows what good the "23" is for predictive purposes once "—-" and "!!!" are factored in. Hence, "not predicting."
It's ben 1114 days since the PF59 pen (arguably a/the pain pen) which registers at [18]. Maybe THAT was the "2 days ahead of schedule" for [20] AND apply "They thought it was coming yesterday." All just speculation. Most obvious "P@in pen" (Q1331) points at tomorrow.
