Take a look at Bair Island area looking toward San Carlos and Redwood City and the mountains behind it. That was the best that I got. It was one of the only places that I could really match up those really white buildings that stand out in the picture Q posted and the mountains match up somewhat

Lines up kind of well I think. Even the mountain meeting the horizon seems to line up in spots, although the Google Maps version doesn't show 2 distinct layers of mountains like in the picture
