Is it possible this rediculous peach mint trials purpose would be that if DJT found guilty then then it can be argued that HE created the insurrection and therefore the execution of the insurrection act is null and void. This would give military control back to the current fake president.

The vindication could mark the the end of this nonsense and trigger arrests?
