You could be partly right, that Trump had some warning at some point, but I think you could be off in your conclusions. Joe Biden was assured of "victory" because massive effort was expended by the deep state to make sure that he "won". Remember Joe's comment about how much of a fraud organization he had? Those folks (the ones behind the fraud) have a many years long agenda they are seeking to fulfill. It's not surprising at all that there was a laundry list of "executive actions" ready to go.
As for Trump. One way or the other it needed to be demonstrated the large grass roots following that he had. If deep staters issued some threat to let off a dirty bomb or something, that would explain Trump's actions without implicating him in tricking or betraying his supporters. I really don't know what went on behind the scenes, so I'm reserving judgement until I have more information, if that is forthcoming. It is pretty apparent that the "rioters" had some help to get inside the Capitol and there is also evidence the "riot" was at least to some extent, an inside job. Anyone with knowledge of a plot to "riot" who did not act to prevent it seems to me to be part of a criminal conspiracy and that would include social media platforms that enable such things.
