In a 124-page complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Dominion said its reputation and resale value have been deeply damaged by a “viral disinformation campaign” that Powell mounted “to financially enrich herself, to raise her public profile, and to ingratiate herself to Donald Trump.” The defendants named in the lawsuit includePowell, her law firm and Defending the Republic,the organization she set up to solicit donations to support her election-related litigation.

Gotti Tedeschi is a friend of Finmeccanica CEO and Chairman Giuseppe Orsi, who is under investigation, and magistrates were looking for documents they believed the former Vatican banker may have been holding relevant to the Finmeccanica case.

Orsi has said the idea that he had given any Finmeccanica documents to Gotti Tedeschi was “absurd”.

While looking for evidence in that investigation police found a dossier compiled by Gotti Tedeschi concerning his nearly three years at the helm of the Vatican bank, according to judicial sources.

Mario Draghi Officially Becomes Premier Of Italy, Names His Top Ministers

Update (3:00pm ET): As expected (see below), Mario Draghi has agreed to take over as Italy’s next prime minister, naming his ministers as he prepares to head a new government that will prioritize the pandemic, a struggling economy and moving ahead with European integration.

The 73-year-old former ECB head will lead a new national unity government to replace Giuseppe Conte's centre-left coalition that collapsed one month ago, leaving the country rudderless in an unprecedented crisis. Draghi will return to the presidential palace at midday on Saturday to be formally sworn in.

After securing broad support from all the country’s main parties except for the far-right Brothers of Italy, Draghi met with President Sergio Mattarella late on Friday to formally accept the appointment and told the head of state he was ready to form an administration.

Draghi then spoke only to list the names of his ministers, a mix of politicians and technocrats.

The senior deputy governor of Bank of Italy, Daniele Franco, was named as the new economy minister, while Roberto Speranza would stay on as health minister. According to Bloomberg, "Franco, director-general at the central bank, will play a key role in administering Italy’s 209 billion-euro share ($253 billion) of the EU’s recovery package, and in introducing measures to help families and businesses cope with the recession prompted by the pandemic and lockdowns."

Luigi Di Maio would be kept as foreign minister, with the new administration set on carving out a bigger role for Italy. Bloomberg adds that Roberto Cingolani, an executive at Leonardo SpA, would head a new ministry for ecological transition. He will be responsible for managing spending on green projects under the European Union’s recovery package.

Other ministers include Giancarlo Giorgetti, minister for economic development, who - as veteran senior lawmaker with the League of Matteo Salvini - has been pushing for the party to adopt a more pro-European stance. Draghi has already told lawmakers he will push for a common euro-area budget, and Italy has taken up the rotating presidency of the Group of 20 nations.

Draghi will be tasked with restoring the economy in a country where more than 93,000 people with coronavirus have died since it became the first European country to face the full force of the pandemic one year ago, and the toll is still rising by the hundreds each day.

Last year's shutdown and waves of subsequent restrictions plunged the eurozone's third-largest economy into its worst recession since World War II, and more than 420,000 people have lost their jobs.`

Italygate, part II: Obama and Renzi accused of being the masterminds of the US electoral fraud

he latest article published on this blog has explained the hacking scheme which involves Italy’s government.

Bradley Johnson, a former CIA agent and chief of one of the intelligence agency stations, revealed how Italy had a crucial role in what could be described as an international coup d’état against Donald Trump.

Basically, the main actor of this attack was Leonardo, who is an Italian government company leader in the defense and aerospace sectors.

There’s another person who has completely confirmed the role of Italy in this fraud and it is Maria Zack.

Mrs. Zack is the chairman of the association “Nations in Action ” and in an audio file leaked two days ago she explains how the fraud would have occurred.

According to Mrs. Zack, the operation center which coordinated the attack was effectively the US embassy in Rome.

This version completely matches Mr. Johnson’s story, but Mrs. Zack gives more important details about it.

The operation would have been coordinated by the Italian General Claudio Graziano on the second floor of the embassy, assisted by an Italian secret service agent, Stefano Serafini.

General Graziano is a very important character in this story. The Italian military leader is the president of the military committee of the European Union.

The General is an ardent supporter of a European army solution and in one of his recent conferences clearly said that there’s nothing beyond the EU and NATO.

Therefore, Graziano could be considered a deep state operative and a member of the military lobbies that are fiercely opposing President Trump’s foreign policy, which is not based upon military interventionism but on the respect of other countries’ sovereignty.

However, the Italian military would have been the director of this operation which would have used Leonardo’s technology.

As Mr. Johnson said, the Italian governmental company provided its technology to run the hacking attack.

Maria Zack confirms that a “Leonardo’s satellite was used to load the software and change the votes from Trump to Biden”.

Originally, the plot to switch votes from Trump to Biden didn’t start in Rome, but in Frankfurt, where a CIA station hosts Dominion’s servers.

Apparently, everything was working fine until the hackers in Frankfurt realized that what they were doing wasn’t enough to finally deliver the “victory” to Biden.

At that moment, the hackers called Rome for help. Then in the US Embassy, the operation was recalibrated by creating new algorithms.

Trump was taking too many votes and it was necessary to reinforce the attack.

The votes were then sent from a military satellite operated by Leonardo to the US into Dominion’s servers.

Apparently, all this plan was confirmed by Arturo D’Elia, a former Leonardo’s consultant, who in a sworn testimony admitted his role in the hacking scheme.

Mr. D’Elia claims that he acted under the instructions of US embassy personnel in Rome.

However, it seems very unlikely that this plan could have taken place without the US ambassador in Rome, Lewis Eisenberg, knowing what was taking place in his own embassy.

Lewis Eisenberg was appointed by Trump in 2017 and he was a contributor to his campaign. However, at the same time, he’s very close to the Zionist neocon lobbies which oppose Trump’s military disengagement.

It has now been confirmed that a signed, sworn affidavit was delivered to the U.S. Congress yesterday by individuals acting with an Italian defense company employee in which the employee confesses to manipulating votes in the U.S. election on Nov. 3.

The revelation was made by Maria Zack, Chairwoman of NationsInAction.org, a government accountability advocacy group in an interview with Debbie Georgatos from AmericaCanWeTalk.com posted yesterday.

“D’Elia has been deposed by the presiding judge in Naples and in sworn testimony states on 4 November 2020, under instruction and direction of US persons working from the US Embassy in Rome, undertook the operation to switch data from the US election of 3 November 2020 from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals,” the affidavit signed by employee Arturo D’elio reads.

“Defendant stated he was working in the Pescara facility of Leonardo SpA and utilized military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite of Fucino Tower to Frankfurt Germany,” it continues.

“The defendant swears that the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voters registered. The defendant has stated he is willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden when he shall be in total protection for himself and his family. Defendant states he has secured in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data and data switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.”

The fact that the affidavit was delivered yesterday afternoon before Congress voted on accepting Electoral College votes for an election accused of being fraudulent makes yesterday’s votes by members of Congress all the more remarkable.

Arturo D’Elia, the whistleblower who witnessed the manipulation of votes in the Nov. 3 U.S. election may be in the custody of U.S. officials and on American soil, says Maria Zack.

Zack and her organization Nations In Action have been spearheading the efforts to bring evidence of the election interference to light.

Zack says whistleblowers, like D’Elia, have come forward with evidence showing votes in the Nov. 3 election were switched from President Trump to Joe Biden. It’s being alleged the operation took place in Italy using military satellites owned and operated by Leonardo SpA, the giant Italian defense contractor.

Zack was asked about D’Elia’s whereabouts during an appearance on America, Can We Talk? with Debbie Georgatos yesterday.

“What our latest intel shows, is that he was potentially moved here to the United States. And in that we are very curious to know because Mike Pompeo, Secretary of State, flew to Italy…and suddenly he returns and magically a plane from Italy – that is Italian military – lands at Joint Base Andrews.”

“So, it is our suspicion, now that Arturo was moved again, that he most likely was on that plane that landed at Andrews,” Zack says.

Zack has previously revealed that D’Elia possesses the software that was used during the vote-switching operation, and that it contains the actual number of votes that shows “President Trump won by huge margins – very huge.”

The U.S. State Department has given ITN an estimated date of completion for its Freedom of Information Act request on alleged ItalyGate election hacker of September 16, 2022 – more than 19 months after it was initiated.

ITN filed a FOIA request for employment records for an employee by the name of Stefano Serafini. An employee with that name is accused of playing an integral role in the hacking of the election in the U.S. on Nov. 3.

Maria Zack and her organization Nations in Action are spearheading the efforts to bring evidence of that hack to light.

A State Department employee named Stefano Serafini was entered into the U.S. Congressional record as having begun with the U.S. Foreign Service in 1997. That start date would make the employee eligible for a pension if they retired in 2020. Zack says information given to her by whistleblowers indicates Serafini retired from the State Department shortly before the election in order to protect his pension.

The FOIA request made by ITN requested only the most basic of information: Serafini’s start date with the Department, his end date (if retired) and whether he is in fact drawing a pension for his work.

ITN originally requested the inquiry be expedited. That request was denied earlier this week.

FOIA requests are to be completed within 20 days of their being made by law. The State Department has said they are unable to fulfill this particular request within that time frame because of “unusual circumstances.”

Maria Zack joined Christopher James of A Warrior Calls to discuss ItalyGate – the plot to hack the Nov. 3 U.S. election by intelligence operatives acting out of Italy.

Zack recounts information she and her organization Nations in Action were given about an IT employee working with billion-dollar Italian defense contractor Leonardo SpA who was allegedly ordered to upload computer code to military satellites to change votes in the U.S. election.

That employee, Arturo D’Elia then told his wife what he was told to do by his employer. “I don’t understand why we are we interfering in America’s election,” he reportedly told her. D’Elia’s wife would in turn tell friends and family about the plot. The story ultimately garnered attention from Italian authorities and when D’Elia was questioned he reportedly blew the whistle.

Zack and NIA were given a name of a U.S. State Department employee who helped carry the operation out. That employee, Stefano Serafini, reportedly worked with a high-ranking Italian military official General Claudio Graziano on the operation.

“They were also able to discover the go order,” Zack says of the Italian individuals who are working with her to expose the truth.

“[The perpetrators] plotted from about early spring of 2020 all the way through the year and activated this plan,” Zack says. “And when they did it…this gentleman who goes by Stefano Serafini, actually called General Graziano’s satellite cell phone and we were provided those cell phone numbers.”

“Maybe I should publish them and let everybody call General Graziano,” Zack added jokingly. “I think the world deserves to know this proof that is out there and it is shocking, Chris.”

arrest of Italian President Sergio Mattarella. These claims are false and part of a baseless conspiracy theory alleging that Italy interfered in the 2020 U.S. presidential election to secure Biden’s victory. The images in these posts

show Pompeo on a state visit to New Delhi, India in October 2020 with U.S. Ambassador to India Kenneth Juster.

The #ItalyGate and #ItalyDidIt claims, reviewed thoroughly and debunked by Reuters in a previous fact check visible here , are part of a conspiracy theory intended to sow doubt in the U.S. electoral system and bolster allegations by Trump and his allies that the election was rigged.

The posts alleging that the Italian president has been arrested claim to show an image of Pompeo walking alongside police officers in Italy as a man with his hands behind his back trails behind him (here). The caption on one post reads, “Italian President arrested for his part in the interference in our elections. He was working with Obama to sabotage Trump's reelection” (here).

The image does not show the secretary of state in Italy, but rather in New Delhi, India on Oct. 27, 2020. That day, Pompeo tweeted a series of images from the same scene with the caption, “A solemn moment laying a wreath at the National War Memorial in New Delhi with U.S. Secretary of Defense @EsperDoD. We will never forget the brave men and women who have given their lives in defense of the world’s largest democracy” (here).

The man in the background, who stands to the left of Pompeo wearing a black mask, a blue suit, an orange tie, brown shoes and glasses, is not the Italian president, as the posts claim, but Kenneth Juster, the U.S. ambassador to India since 2017 (here). In a video available here , Juster can be seen giving his farewell speech on Jan. 5.

Reuters images taken on Oct. 26, 2020, the day before Pompeo, Esper, Juster and others attended the wreath laying ceremony, show Pompeo and Juster greeting each other at an airport in New Delhi, India ( here , here ).

The image does not show Italian President Sergio Mattarella (seen here ), whose purported arrest has not been reported by any credible Italian or international media sources.

On Jan. 13, 2021, President Mattarella attended a political meeting in Rome with Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, as reported here , here and here .

According to Secretary Pompeo’s public schedule, he was in Washington, D.C. to attend Department of State meetings and briefings every day between Jan. 4 and Jan. 8 ( here , here , here , here , here ).

On Monday, Jan. 11, the secretary of state was still in the U.S. capital for meetings with the Department of State (here), followed by an event at the National Press Club the following day (here). The secretary had no public appointments on Jan. 13 and 14 ( here , here ).

Teen Mom 2 veteran Jenelle Evans boosted an election fraud conspiracy theory ––which USA Today has determined to be baseless –– on her Instagram story. On Tuesday, the star shared a snowy post with the hashtag "ItalyDidIt." The hashtag was created in response to a conspiracy theory surrounding the 2020 U.S. Presidential election deemed "ItalyGate."

The new theory asserts that the doubly impeached U.S. President Donald Trump lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden due to interference from the Rome Embassy. In a new viral video on Facebook, found on pages like Conversation Controversy and Trump Train News media, former lobbyist and current chair of Nations in Action Maria Strollo Zack explains how the democratic process was supposedly taken. "The theft of the election was orchestrated in the Rome Embassy, on the second floor of Via Veneto, by an employee, Stefano Serafini, foreign service officer of over 20 years," she said. "Stefano Serafini coordinated with a General Claudio Graziano."

She continued, "General Graziano is on the board of Leonardo — the defense contractor, Leonardo SPA," Strollo Zack continued. "Leonardo used their military satellite uplink to load the software and transfer it over to change the votes from Trump to Biden."

She also claimed in the almost hour long video that recent arrests of employees at Leonardo were in relation to the scheme. Additionally, she says former President Barack Obama, former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, and the CIA were all behind the plot. Another 13 minute video made the rounds on social media featuring retired CIA station chief Bradley Johnson, who shared a similar version of the same baseless theory about election servers in Frankfurt, Germany. "The U.S. elections were changed, the results were changed in those five or six key states, then all of those voting machines were hooked up to the internet," he said. "The internet then was used to download that information to these famous servers in Germany."

"So from there, those were uploaded and sent to Rome, and this is where this took place," he added. "Once they created all the new data and manipulated all the data that was there, they sent these new numbers back up through this military satellite (…) and back down to all the machines here in the United States in those five or six states." When asked for proof, Johnson told USA Today, "it’s clear from Italian newspapers this is going on." Though he provided no other proof.

That a Leonardo satellite was used in the election fraud is well known and verifiable. The Vatican's connection to the Leonardo satellite is harder to prove "open source".

Most claims of Vatican control of the satellite trace back to Simon Parkes, a man who also claims he fathered an extraterrestrial child — named Zarka — with an alien he calls the Cat Queen.

Not exactly a credible source, and he provides no verifiable evidence for his assertion that I can find.

However, open-source files do exist linking the Vatican to Leonardo if you go back to when the company was called Finmeccanica.

This one was already given which shows the former CEO of the company was friends with the former Vatican bank head.
