Considering Dems just stole the election and now control the DOJ, there is no chance of anyone being prosecuted. Don't even say "military tribunals". Biden is the commander in chief now. Besides, it's already been settled, Americans citizens, even if they've committed treason, cannot be tried before a military tribunal. That's completely unconstitutional.
