1) The link dropped

doesn't handle the file sizes Q has provided. Only up to 4mg, and
2) We still don't understand how the UIDs give us a password to decoding. I am now playing with the idea that the 4 characters including the 4 are the password for each graphic.
Assuming that every graphic labeled with this type of identifier has information.
It's tedious, though, as the online reader is slow, and then you don't have a password, and then you get to start over.
BUT
Am 1000% convinced (in part based on a wonky 3 am conversation this morning) that this is it.
Will persevere.
