b) various groups (poor/ETHNIC) targeted as next,

– and very few rich lining up for it (if it was good why they not buying me-first)

c) bans (travel, possibly sports/concerts) if not vaxxed - forcing it

d) told it will be available for all by April

lasers are not just red thin beams

• the thin ones are "focussed"

lasers are high energy (often not visible spectrum) light.

forests we are all taught eat co2 and release O2

• but it depends on the light - color (including invisible), intensity

point the right laser at a forest and it can be convinced

to adjust it's cycle, even slow/accelerate growth and heat output

point the right color laser at mountains/snow

• remember lasers can also induce charges

can induce heating, cooling, melting…

valleys (typically heat-sinks) warmed by UV (invisible) lasers reducing their cooling effects

similarly lakes and even some more enclosed bays etc (oceans too vast to alter fast enough)

…basically affecting the usual heat cycle

furthermore can be [a bit more] focused at points on volcanoes to weaken/collapse inducing eruptions
