…Only planetary bodies would contain enough 'charge' to arc. The spherical objects (in the second pic) are 'Martian blueberries' next to lab created 'berries', on Earth. Hypothetically, one of the spheres (many times larger) gets formed by Jupiter's passing (overtaking Saturn?) and the force dislodges the huge spherical and a 'moon' is formed. Can't fuckin' know it all nor think for others.
