If this old demented coot gets arrested first, it probably won't shock the world. But he's supposedly the US President, so on that wise, the world would be shocked.
That said, observers then have a decision to make:
1) he is demented, do not charge/indict - senile - 25th Amendment
2) he is not demented, he has the mental clarity to face charges of election fraud and will be prosecuted for treason
