Try to comprehend the message behind it: HOW GREENLAND TOOK CONTROL OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY.
Of course, I might be wrong, but I think Trump just wanted to pay attention to this fact that Greenland took control of their own country by VOTE or Referendum.
