If they only charge him with a misdemeanor, how is that considered a high crime, under impeachment rules?
I read it asswipe. I'm saying if insurrection only rates a misdemeanor charge, how is it considered a high crime under the rules of impeachment? Impeachment is for treason, bribery… and high crimes. They couldn't get him on anything but insurrection, which they are calling a high crime. Yet, they are saying in the same breath it's just a misdemeanor.
