>Moral to my rant? If you have to mask up for any reason, breathe through your nose.

Thanks for sharing this.

I was compiling my own list of reasons why I would NOT advise a patient to wear a mask based upon listing the potentially hazardous side effects. Especially, over the prolonged periods of time. But especially, because we take in and trap all kinds of nasty things with these damn masks. Then totally provide the suitable conditions for far worse to develop.

I did not really have any of the dental angles in my list. So, definitely good to see moar to add. I might have to bring up some of these points in court on unrelated but totally related issues to resolve an ongoing, and apparently never-ending, conflict of Constitutional interest.

This is bull shit AF and everyone knows it. The masks are making things far worse. I brought that up to my very own criminal tyrannical government, expressing concerns for my fellow human beings. Since then, they did not hesitate to go full blown retard with the double mask bull shits. For a doctor (I'm looking at you, faucci, you fake fraudulent fuck) to give this as legitimate "medical advice" should be criminally negligent, IMO. To not even allow citizens their Right to a second opinion, in instances as these, is just fucking insane

>I’m lurking mostly on night shift all of this can be well sauced,

I don't mind searching. It all seems based from the logical perspective. I'll have to do multiple run-downs before submitting anything to a court, because obviously don't want to be sloppy in that setting. Will be interesting, because events of today have mirrored so much trauma from the past, I was seriously enduring severe symptoms of PTSD for the last 10 months or so.

>let me know if you need any help from the dental side.

As long as you don't give me crap about cannabis smoke staining muh teeth, you're alright with me ; )

P.S. I know the coffee stains too, but the acids soothe my stomach. I don't use sugar (or cream) so at least I got that going for me

>Glad it could help

Most definitely does. Even the outline, itself helps. I get too much on my mind, and need to try to focus on main key points, like you did there. I'm pretty much in WAY over my head, with not much option other than to go it alone, but I reached my 'fuck it' point-of-no-return and I've already been preparing to expose the mockery they've made of our lives.

I'll stop talking about it now, because I'm starting to sound like hannity with the ticks and the tocks and the tune in tomorrows. At least I got to watch some good lawyering from Team Trump to pump me up. I really wish I could afford one of those, right about now…

>Anon is eastern western, weeds cool, coffees cool, stain comes off. Kek

Right on!

>Chew your cheese a few times a week once a week use a baking soda coconut oil toothpaste scrub to keep the stain down.

I've been craving the coconut oil treatment.

Notice it helped with my toothache that hits every know and then (I'm pretty sure the clowns may or may not have implanted a tracking device in my tooth, when I was a kid, then constantly acted like there wasn't a cavity where there clearly was. But whatever)

Good tips, friend! Thanks for keeping it real!

>And keep fighting the guud anti mask fight.

Will do!

I'm honestly mostly drinking my daily dose of coffee pot or two (no, seriously) just because it's the cheapest thing I can drink with a taste. Plus, have to watch the sugar intake just because family is devastated by diabetic issues. Funny thing, I have always had heart issues (random sharp pains, occasional murmurs) all throughout my childhood, and never really got any clear cut advice or formal diagnosis from any doctors, but eventually just learned to live with 'em. Later on in life began to notice more of the dietary triggers. Mainly, more evidently when I started drinking moar energy drinks. Even one red bull would potentially cause severe reactions to the point where I stopped drinking that sort of thing entirely, because obvious. Point is, if I'm making my own pot of coffee (typically not strong at all. Not because I'm weak. Because I'm cheap), I can drink an entire pot (or two) and I still have yet to experience any severe issue with my heart throughout the duration of time where I have not had money to buy much other than water, coffee, milk. Will start eating and drinking moar healthy, again, once can afford "life" better…

>God speed, fren.
