I believe he was fighting for a particular case to be heard and was going public with it so they killed him before he went public. The case # has been revealed here before and lines up with Q posts on Scalia.

there's a case that came up from MI that was never heard in lower courts because everyone hid it…media…courts - it challenges Roe vs Wade also and would have weakened the pro-abortion stance
