Ya, it is unfortunate. I liked him. He is bright, smart, sharp, etc..

Just drank the cool-aide..

On a sidenote.. not sure how he could of continued to hold his "beliefs" after the daily, expulsion "worthy" ass whooping I gave our "esteemed professor" with an Ivy league pedigree and legendary status at Dartmouth..

In all serious I liked Professor Walker.. smart guy.. tad too sensitive… but alas… liberals.

All based on headlines.

Headline hot word: "Reimbursed"

Legal reality: Nothingburger

If I pay you a retainer of 35K every month for years…

You handle my shit and expense your fees how you see fit according to your law firm, tax strategy, legal strategy.

No.

Giuliani chose the wrong words.

It was a mistake.. he knows it, we know it, they know it.

They pounced on it.

It's a bump in the road.. will have ZERO legal ramifications and actually can be spun to POTUS advantage..

IT WAS NOT PLANNED to go down that way.

He made an honest mistake.

Reimburse was the wrong word.. it was not representative to what actually happened.

It was not reimbursement it was contractually obligated legal fees.. AKA retainer and probably non-itemized expenses.
