I think you answered your own question. They wouldn't. This is why the hypothesis that they are imprisoned is garbage.
I need to point out that once again, Dave from X22 Report was wrong. He claimed the impeachment would be used to bring new evidence to light, to wake people up.
What irks me the most about it is that he never admits he fucked up or tries to figure out where his reasoning went wrong.
