Because Congress and the Judiciary have consistently ignored The US Constitution.
Because when a Government fails to uphold its laws and protect the rights of her Citizens, the government has failed at its only reason to exist, and is therefore illegitimate.
Why?
Because it is now our duty to dissolve the Government and install a more perfect one.
