It seems any attempt by Congress to bar Trump from office via the 14th Amendement would be a straightforward violation of the ban on "bills of attainder".
It seems the key element making something a bill of attainder is the attempt to replace a judicial judgement with a leglislative judgement of guilt, and that would seem to be exactly what they are attempting.
