For anyone close to Washington D.C. Ben Sasse purchased a Townhouse at 403 Constitution Avenue, NE. Be advised the Address has 3 Apartments but he bought the building for $926.000. That price seems a little low especially for Washington D.C. Wonder who gave him a deal. Digging now.

The most I could find that this sold for was 1.3 million and that was when it was a 3 bed 3 bath. Now it is 3 one bed one bath Apts.
