The photos of the limo appear to be taken on the tarmac.
I doubt very seriously the beast would be the taxi on the tarmac.
SUV makes sense.
Many of the 'dents' are just reflections of clouds, too.
The grime under the door handle looks like a reflection also.
Lots of microscratches, that thing needs a once over with some polishing compound (which you'd think is standard for gov't vehicles like it is for cop cars)
However, those windows look to be about an inch or more thick.
Not saying it is or isn't anything, but logic almost always prevails in digs.
Especially when it's just observation.
I like to base my opinions in facts and provable things.
Speculation always gets you in trouble or off on the wrong path/tangent.
