Of course, Precinct 4 would be the part of Medina county that has IH-35 running through it (along the route from Laredo to San Antonio, for what it's worth.

Appears he is a GOP JP judge elected in 2018, and from recent meeting notes, he apparently arranged CARES Act funding for the county.

Funny, his YouTube channel is verse by verse bible study, but starts with the book of Corinthians. Odd. He does cover 1 Corinthians 16, 12/20/2020, and talks about tithing, etc.

The Justice of the Peace presides over traffic tickets and other citations given out by county or state officers. Many traffic tickets are a financial stress, and if the appropriate steps are not taken, the ticket can reach your insurance premiums, driving them up.

I understand these concerns and will work to make sure that, for the occasional offender, the ticket be kept off a person’s record as much as the law will permit. I will also work to find creative solutions to satisfy the ticket if money is not available, such as community service. We all need safer roads, and I will work hard to make sure we have them.

Please help me to make our court more user friendly and efficient for our community by voting for me in the Republican primary election on March 6th.

Apparently other things TX JP judges do is go on to run for Congress, as was the curious case of Al Green (D) of Houston, basically an un-notable local judge with little media presence who gets propelled to federal office.
