Royal Bank of Scotland has announced it is closing 162 branches across England and Wales.

 

I expect to see a whole slew of bank activity, closures, sudden resignations, etc. if the hammer has started coming down.

 

How else to hide data, illegal transactions, etc.

There will have to be measures in place to prevent them from fleeing the country when the hammer comes down.

 

Perhaps that's why there is not alot of 'open' talk on any of that stuff…
