Guise, this place needs way moar research re: Adams–Onís Treaty
"The Adams–Onís Treaty (Spanish: Tratado de Adams-Onís) of 1819,[1] also known as the Transcontinental Treaty,[2] the Florida Purchase Treaty,[3] or the Florida Treaty,[4][5] was a treaty between the United States and Spain in 1819 that ceded Florida to the U.S. and defined the boundary between the U.S. and New Spain."
The key distinction I'm finding from reading this Treaty is "the U.S." distinction as well as the "agreement to repay" between New Spain and United States which I don't think was ever formally paid off… At least it was never formally documented.

Something about the $5 Million Agreement between New Spain and United States, specifically "the U.S." land.
To make a long story, short, DC is very obviously under "Military Occupation". I'd like to draw attention to the first part of the Wiki:

Since the D.C. Government was illegally and unconstitutionally "created" through the usurped version of the 1871 Constitution/[F] form of Government, it is, in and of itself an Act of War due to the fact that it carries no Sovereignty. It is not "For the People, by the People".
Q has laid out the battle map and did most of the work for We The People. We simply need to acknowledge our Sovereign Power/Rights and take them back by bringing the Truth with Facts & Tangibles.

Could use some help on differences/distinctions between "the U.S." and United States terminology and/Treaty agreements.

They have to call upon the [14th Amendment] because Amendments 1-13 are only recognized by the OG Constitution and not the Fake & Gay 1871 version.
