that's an interesting double edged sword, isn't it?

The democrats definitely tacitly agreed that they pursued Trump out of hate, and they did commit egregious crimes.

That by definition should be what a "hate crime" really is.

Oh wait, there's already a legal term for that: premeditation

>Premeditation doesn't neccesarily include hate,

that is correct,

>and hate crimes are not neccesarily premeditated.

this is false. if the driver of the crime was hate to begin with, one has to have a prior memory, to induce the hate to begin with. that is the literal definition of "premeditation"

>But doesn't a crime commited that is motivated by hate carry more extreme penalties?

The above is why it should have more โ€ฆthorough penalties.

You seem to forget that in 2016, most people voted Trump because they were sick of the shit. The chans were not even a thing to joe sixpack.

The shitposting worked, but it only worked because the mil disabled the cheats for the presidential contest.

This time the shitposters have the eyes of the coutnry on them, and guess what? the cheaters sheated and got what they wanted, right in everyone's faces.

>Nobody would have believed it and it would have been seen as political either way.

The difference is, now, joe sixpack will be ready to know it.

It's still entirely political.

That is the only avenue Trump is allowed to pursue!

That is why the forthcoming military answer will be apolitical.

most of the bakers have figured out that though intentions might be good, the reality is, by the time any help arrives, the damage just gets worse by playing whack a mole with split breads.

it takes about the same amout of time as just waiting them out and fixing it after they "ghost" it
