Was SAP/sell off solved?

I found hat SAP was in a lawsuit with Oracle in 2008, cases settled for about $200m or there about.

A copy right case. SAP was a client of Oracle and some employee downloaded software.

Then when election occurred there was a lot of trading.

Just curious, need a techie to verify.
