How did Trump/Q know that shutdown would occur 10 days before SOTU?

Q told us 11 days before SOTU, 1 day b4 #schumershutdown that CS was in fear from this day forward.

Schumer was in their pocket on this day, I think he was TOLD to lead the shutdown to start the countdown. Monday comes, miraculously Schumer leads the charge to undo the shutdown.

And now we are 7ish days away from SOTU.
