Groups with an agenda might use war to create (any) new order out of chaos/ their vision of a (any) new order. War might be the easiest way to enforce a new direction onto a finally weakened society that will accept anything for getting peace at last.

This is not what he says. He says that he will "determine if these records can be recovered in any other way" (knowing he already has found them). And then he says that" if any wrongdoing were foundโ€ฆappropriate measures will be taken."

This sounds really threatening.

Idk. But I think that South Korea is controlled by the US (whoever the "US" is here specifically).

Western Germany was controlled by the US. Eastern Germany was controlled by another country. Today the reunited Germany seems to be still controlled by the US.

Maybe South and North Korea are controlled by the US too AFTER the Russians(?) gave them up, like they did with Eastern Germany.

We don't seem to know anything about all of this.

In Europa you can see this too: all the leftist parties are losing more and more of their voters, in many countries. The Left has lost its luster. They don't have something to promise the people that the people would find desirable. Therefore they are trying to recruit themselves immigrants as new voters and they become more and more rigid and are not softening their socialist ideals but becoming more extreme. Maybe the time for two party models is over. Other parties may come up. Or parties themselves will vanishโ€ฆ
