Marina Abramovic was going to open the Marina Abramovic Institute in Hudson, NY.

She has a kickstarter page for it because you know, why would rich freaks pay for their own ambitions?? I read somewhere in the past week that she has decided NOT to continue with this effort.

I wondered if that might have anythng to do with the NXIVM busts.

I found some interesting things while digging. For instance her Institute (MAI) was to be located a short drive from NXIVM's Albany location. Other items of interest are on pic related.
