Indiana Code Title 35. Criminal Law and Procedure § 35-33-1-4

Sec. 4 . (a) Any person may arrest any other person if:

(1) the other person committed a felony in his presence;

(2) a felony has been committed and he has probable cause to believe that the other person has committed that felony;  or

(3) a misdemeanor involving a breach of peace is being committed in his presence and the arrest is necessary to prevent the continuance of the breach of peace.

(b) A person making an arrest under this section shall, as soon as practical, notify a law enforcement officer and deliver custody of the person arrested to a law enforcement officer.

(c) The law enforcement officer may process the arrested person as if the officer had arrested him.  The officer who receives or processes a person arrested by another under this section is not liable for false arrest or false imprisonment.

I've got probable cause to believe a felony has been convicted in my state. How many unarmed citizens do you think it would take to peacefully detain treasonous cucks within my state? The military can only control Washington…. Anybody know where Mike Pence stays?

That website is dogshit, my apologies.

What I'm trying to say is the following states all have laws with this statute in some shape or form:

When a felony has in fact been committed, and the person making the arrest has reasonable cause for believing the person to have committed it

Florida looks to have the most fun statutes in that a Judge MUST expediate the process of that arrest.

Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Deleware, Florida - Must be expedited by Judge, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouroi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhodie Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virgina, Wisconsin, Wyoming

..wait. that's every state….
