In the plans for insurrection it would seem this was entirely gamed out. This was designed to be used to obfuscate and delay and hamper any ability to react to or counter act the corrupt criminal actions taken by the deep state

This wrench has been tossed in every single bureaucratic and corporate system of governance and management

The Keys to the White House is a prediction system for determining the outcome of presidential elections in the United States developed by American historian Allan Lichtman and Russian geophysicist Vladimir Keilis-Borok in 1981. The system, inspired by earthquake research, was used to correctly predict the outcomes of all presidential elections from 1984 to 2020, with the exception of 2000. In 1988, Lichtman published The Thirteen Keys To The Presidency, a book analyzing the keys for every election from 1860 onward, and has followed it with several revised editions.[1]
