Why would black hats or white hats want it to rain in Southern California?
Jetstream. It's not about raining in socal. It IS about putting that shit in the Atmosphere, and allowing it to carry inland with the Jet, and as it falls, it becomes Condensation Nuclei, and creates a Cloud Pattern, and quite possibly a Low Pressure area. That Low Pressure area pulls the Jet further South, bringing fridgid air from the North. As it passes over the Great Lakes, it picks up Moisture. When it gets to a certain saturation point, with surrounding atmospherics, it dumps the moisture, in the form of rain, or Snowfall. End-Game? Flooding. Once all of this begins to melt, it will begin flooding again, just like we saw a couple of years ago. Look at Ventusky. See all that Farmland that is being covered in Snow right now? See all of the Land south of there being covered? There is no way that that will absorb all of the water that is going to happen upon a melt off. This is to destroy the soil for the upcoming Growing Season, and to prevent Crops from being grown, further carrying out their agenda of starving the population, or importing food from ccp, in exchange for huge amounts of money.
