Anons, can someone explain to me what I'm missing re: Cuomo nursing home deaths?

When it first started to get reported on last year I thought to myself - that son of a bitch is putting them in nursing homes to increase the death toll on purpose.

But now it comes out he was hiding the much larger death toll?

What gives here I don't get it.

Nah. But they did give a free concert at Fort Drum NY in late 90s which I attended.

They played a couple hours and then said they were calling it and walked off stage. Came back 5 minutes later and played Free Bird.
