Anyway the other day I was thinking maybe the power outages are the direct result of hacking. Have no idea how the grid works or where the vulnerable parts are located. (still don't). But I was able to see where the ddos attacks end up, compared to the current power outages and the actual power grid itself.
Solar wind is somehow involved.
