They will take a case merely to DELAY Trump's
Exhaustion of All Remedies Hurdle
prior to which the U.S. Military CANNOT unilaterally act to RECTIFY a fraudulent Presidential Election…or so they believe.
If SCOTUS was to deny any and all remaining 2020 Election Cases presently before it, there would be no remaining Constitutional options to rectify the most massive election fraud in U.S. history other than the U.S. Military taking control of the entire Government.
However, we all know that this decision and action has already been taken as SCOTUS has already shown itself to be completely compromised by not acting on these cases in an expedient manner prior to Jan. 20.
