Update on for your morning GITMO Air report.

We had a National Jet Charter make an early morning hop across the pond and back from Ft. Lauderdale.

We have a United Airlined UA2578 wheels up out of Jacksonville Naval Air Station to Gitmo. Now that it is in the air, I can see the tail number on ADS-B Exchange, which is N35204-B738 (B737-824).

Anon here that does land development for potential solar farms. What you can't see going on behind the curtain is that our "new" administration is pushing a ridiculous amount of tax payer money to subsidize solar development. After investing into land, panels, and infrastructure upgrades (which typically run 1MM a mile to reach a distribution/metering substation), a 1,000 acre solar farm in the direct sunline can produce approximately the equivalent of 100MW of power generation "theoretically". It's usually less than that. Now, consider the cost of the land, construction, etc. a solar field produces power for roughly $.40/kWh, which is on average double/triple the cost of a fossil fuel fired plant. How can they sell it to the customer for half the cost? TAX PAYER MONEY. Green energy is a SHAM.
