In regard to the notable about Stormy's affect on NDA's, that hypothesis may be only partly true.

 

NDA's are going to be governed by state law, and in this particular case, it seems NY state law. Therefore, if this NDA isn't upheld/enforced, the precedent would allow others who have a sufficient relationship w/NY to break theirs if they so choose. The effect wouldn't be country wide, only jurisdiction wide.

 

I haven't really been following the Stormy story, as I don't really give a fuck, but things could be even less certain if the venue is federal court, which would be applying NY law, and that federal court acts in a political manner. That precedence is non-binding on state courts
