QPosts Becoming Unlinked from Dough - Disappearing Breads Issue

• 2 breads containing QPosts are not available using in-board links (see the dough)

• The 2 breads are not showing in the catalog.

However…

• The 2 breads are still available using full url's.

Bread #1477 is Missing

Can be accessed with the full url, https://8ch.net/qresearch/res/1180233.html , but not this way >>1180233 . It is also not showing in the catalog, where previous breads are. These links stopped working on 5.3.18.

Older breads naturally fall off the board as new breads are made, however this is not the case here. Older breads than these are still in the catalog, so it's not happening naturally in this case.

I know, it doesn't make sense. If breads fall off the catalog, there's no way that the full url should work. SO… the breads must be somewhere, ie still in the catalog, but are not being seen. Hidden, perhaps, for some reason.

No, that's got nothing to do with it. OLDER breads (those at the foot of the catalog) are first to naturall drop off as new breads are made (empty, waste threads included). However, these disappearing breads are in the middle of the catalog, not at the foot. Older breads are still there.

Exactly anon. Thanks. I've reported my post to BO, asking that he take a look into it. If the Baker could put it up beside Q's posts, that would really help to make others aware of this really strange happening.

If this has indeed happened, and those disappearing breads weren't full and were bumped by someone posting to them later, they'd stay in the catalog for longer, not fall off earlier than full breads.

Bakers cannot delete the threads they've created, or others, only the BV and BO can do that here.

Yes anon that's right, pinned threads stay at the top of the catalog and don't start falling down the catalog until they're unpinned.

SpreadSheetAnon I believe backs up all images in full res. Does anyone know where they're kept?

A library of QPhotos would be good anon. I'm unaware that there's one. Suggest making it off-board or at /comms/ where it won't drop off the catalog here.
