You cant manufacture ANY firearm and sell it unless you are licenses to do so. Also you would lose everything you own in a civil lawsuit if there is a injury or death caused by the firearm you manufactured.

 

BTW this also goes for you building a gun legally and legally selling it Make sure you disassemble your home built AR-15 before you sell it. The $600 to $1200 you get isn't worth losing everything you own.

The tool doesn't drive the motivation. The effort it takes to build vs buy or steal makes the 80% fear mongering just silly. BTW you not need full auto in fact a semi auto shot gun is more lethal at < 30 yrds than any 223.556. You can walk in to most gun shops and walk out the same day with a shotgun but not a semi auto rifle. If I had to grab just one weapon and leave then I would grab my shotgun every time.
