I don't only use KJV, but don't assume something is a contradiction just because you don't understand it.
Mark 4:11-12
He told them, “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables so that,
“‘they may be ever seeing but never perceiving,
and ever hearing but never understanding;
otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!"
You want to see contradictions, look at Catholics. They are in complete darkness not understanding any of the parables.
If the light you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness!
