I think the vaccines were a Trump campaign to give peeps hope. It showed the ability of his administration to respond to a crisis and also emphasized the importance of valid scientific research.

Bad guy plan was, I believe, to stop the rallies and install mail in voting. Rallies countered MSM propaganda that Trump was unpopular. They could fudge the polls and sell an election theft easier.

Vaccine research was the turning point from the ventilator bullshit to a real hope of a end to the threat. Like polio.

Can't say anything about danger or effectiveness of the vaccine, but I think we have to view it in relation to the ramifications of a society in lockdown and the death and sickness resulting from that. Could be a LOTE situation.
